Jenny Vidal Ludeña Takes Over as New Hotel Manager at Las Torres Patagonia

The professional with nearly thirty years of experience in the hospitality industry has an extensive career in prestigious tourist resorts in Lima, Peru.

Torres del Paine, August 9, 2023: A new leader joins the Las Torres Patagonia family. This month, Jenny Vidal Ludeña, an outstanding professional in hotel management with an extensive track record in tourist resorts in Peru, becomes the hotel manager, promising to bring all her experience from a nearly thirty year career.

Jenny Vidal holds degrees in Hospitality Management from the renowned Cornell University in New York, a faculty that has received various awards and is distinguished for its market knowledge, business approach, leadership, and entrepreneurship in the hotel industry.

The new hotel manager has an extensive curriculum as a hotel manager, sales manager, and general manager in the Peruvian market. She recently led the general management of the Hilton Garden Inn Lima Surco, where she oversaw Hilton’s annual inspection regarding compliance with safety, service, and facility maintenance standards, achieving an outstanding evaluation. She managed a team of sixty professionals from different disciplines.

Prior to this experience, Jenny Vidal worked as a general manager at Morena Hospitality Group, a leading company in Peru with three restaurants in the city of Cusco. Here, she also supervised around sixty collaborators and managed to optimize the average ticket.

One of her significant recognitions was achieved when she worked as a hotel manager at Los Portales Hotel Tarma, where she had the honor of hosting the Ambassador of Austria in Lima, Andreas Rendl, who, after his stay, wrote a letter of gratitude due to the “excellent attention” provided by the hotel, adding that he would “gladly recommend it to any colleagues and friends in Austria.”
